My mother-in-law asked me to make these special Italian treats for her for Christmas...which I did, and my husband hand-crafted a set of cannoli rollers for each of our married children and their families. We gave them the rollers, along with our special 'make-over' (lower fat, healthier ingredient) recipe. The cannoli and the rollers seems to have been a big hit all the way around!
