RECIPE: SEASONED COATING FOR OVEN-BAKED CHICKEN

This is what I use to coat my own oven-baked chicken breasts, nuggets, and strips. This is enough to do a 3-lb. bag of breasts or tenders.

In a gallon Ziploc baggie mix:

1 cup flour
4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Shake to mix; add chicken pieces and shake to coat. Bake chicken at 400 degrees in a pan that has been drizzled with olive oil until browned on both sides and juices run clear.
