30 Days of Summer - Post # 6 - Red, White, and Blue Jello

Red, White, and Blue Jell-O
Making and serving red, white, and blue Jell-O as a holiday dessert is a 4th of July tradition that our whole family enjoys. I think I've made it every year since our own children were very young and now the grandchildren look forward to it, too!

To make is simple. You only need three ingredients:

1 large box Berry Blue Jell-O
1 large box Cherry Jell-O
1 large container of Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Follow package directions to make individual colors and flavors of Jell-O, pour each color and flavor into a separate bowl, and chill until firm. While Jell-O is chilling, let whipped topping thaw in fridge.

When Jell-O is firm and whipped topping is thawed, spoon and layer individual layers into clear cups.

Serve and enjoy! 😊

(NOTE: Double or triple amount of ingredients for larger batches and you do NOT have to use red and blue Jell-O. This cool treat can be made with any colors or flavors of Jell-O that you and your family prefer. You could even make more layers with more colors and flavors if you desire.)

Until next time...
